History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She wants to get laid; and wants her loneliness to end

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a morningstar, but if one is not available he will default to his longsword. His hair is white and very short. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: Gilbert wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and a deep hatred of orcs
