History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Arnold was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Bertram was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Locksmith. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Human compassion; and doesn't want to be a locksmith and was forced into it by his family

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
