Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tim grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
