Personality: Adelaide wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Anselm embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. After a long history of fighting, Anselm and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he's looking for his big break

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Lance was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fisher. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Butcher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he wants to get laid
