History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aldous was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Melissa was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: She's in love.
