The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Patrick was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

History: Born in the south to a Carter, Ahlyssa learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Carter. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
