History: Born in the east to a Body Guard, Balimaar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Body Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Body Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sellsword they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Body Guard, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
