Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Jane was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has achieved small success as a Weaver.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she usually wears her green robe and has her dagger always slung over her shoulder. Her black hair is long and unkept. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Maynild grew up listening to her father's many stories. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Maynild alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her brown hair is singed and shortened. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: To protect her home; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She is a Fletcher first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
