He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Through the years after Roland was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Roland's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Shepherd soon after.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her childhood dream was to be a Roofer, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
