He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner.
