He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. After a long history of fighting, Chad and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Bernard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His first spouse was a Painter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Giselle was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her first spouse was a Butcher, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Layabout for the past few years.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
