Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears dark leathers with embroidery. Her golden hair is matted, messy, and big. She has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: She hates goblins. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying north to reunite her family. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She wants revenge against goblins.

Description: She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a black costume with the symbols of magic on his torso. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He married young, but lost his spouse to illithids. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Kyle alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and to share knowledge with the world
