History: Born to a Detective, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Navigator job and began his own company from there.

He wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. History: She was raised in a island tribe. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
