Description: He very much looks the part of a Armorer. His auburn hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Lance hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Lance was born the youngest of three triplets. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Armorer. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Armorer for hire.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he tends to wear a pastel poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He wears a colorful flower in his red hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He was born in a small forest village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a longbow, but if one is not available she will default to her sickle. With bright golden hair. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Shipwright but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She tends to her Bowyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.
