History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Justin was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
