History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Description: This late middle aged woman is wearing a long, red, dusty cloak and is in decent physical shape. Her hair is long and blonde with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small red clips. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are blue.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is a great chef.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Millicent was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Millicent decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
