History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Gardener soon after.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Emmeline embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Emmeline was born with her father's beautiful face. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emmeline fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.
