Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available he will default to his scythe. His long blonde hair reaches down to his waist. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Jocelyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her first spouse was a Fisher, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are green.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. Now he works as a writing tutor during his time off.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and human compassion
