Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Conrad hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Maynild never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kyle grew up listening to his father's many stories. Kyle abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.
