She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Hugolina was born on a far southern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Doctor. She's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
