Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. The war was a terrible time for him, and Geoffrey does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Egelina was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Beggar, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is a Navigator first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student he started as a Dilettante, but he got bored and became a Navigator. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.
