Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. A true patriot, Sybil would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young.
