History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently the stress of being a Fletcher has made it difficult for her to sleep.
