History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Roger reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
