Personality: Heather wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Shane speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Shane was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her first spouse was a Sage, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has achieved small success as a Engraver.
