Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Herleva was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She worked as a nervous Fortune-teller and found it very stressful. She now owns her own business.
