Description: She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. Her brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Matilda abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: 4'11" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears bulky white painted plate armor. Her auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She comes from a rich southern family. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is greedy

Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a yellow shirt, with a white mid length skirt with white tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her brown hair is singed and shortened. Her violet eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Joan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Painter they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Map Maker, and she later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a map maker and was forced into it by her family
