History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Bellfounder father left him crippled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
