Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Juliana was born on a far eastern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Carter. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
