Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. After a long history of fighting, Cecily and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Peter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and wants to open a new tavern
