History: Born in the east to a Roofer, Balimaar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Roofer. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
