History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Frederick grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Frederick. After a long history of fighting, Frederick and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Manfred lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Gifted from a young age, Heather studied abroad. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Hugh was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
