Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Emmeline was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
