History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bookbinder.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: Nicholas wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Nicholas has worked very hard to control his curse. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Emeny's homeland. Emeny decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
