History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Anselm was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dilettante. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He bought a crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
