Personality: Diggory is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. A friendly and beautiful Human, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student she started as a Spy, but she got bored and became a Scribe. She struck the Scribe job and began her own company from there.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a brown tunic with white highlights, and long pastel pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has black hair. This violet eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Richard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is obsessed with his god.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Richard's homeland. Richard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
