History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Dustin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Melissa hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
