History: Aline was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: Wymar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
