History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Henry fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fisher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Juliana has worked very hard to control her curse. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions
