History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: This dark-skinned female wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her mace with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her brown hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Susannah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Gunter has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: Standing 5'9", this woman is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has shaved her head bald. Her eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
