History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gilbert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Being a Knight kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She got into the Engraver business at a young age. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She tends to her Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
