History: He comes from a rich southern family. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a tan shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the right. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theobald grew up listening to his father's many stories. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He struck the Assassin job and began his own company from there.
