Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Gifted from a young age, Rolf studied abroad. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
