History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. The war was a terrible time for him, and Miles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He got into the Herbalist business at a young age. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Miles was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
