History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Slave Trader kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Jacoba enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
