History: Anselm hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Cory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to protect his home

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.
