History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Theodoric was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Theodoric decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After months of barely getting by, Theodoric managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Hugolina was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
