Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against illithids

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This late middle aged man wears dull violet sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed quarterstaff, just in case and is in decent physical shape. His brown hair is heavily combed to the left. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He is physically well-built. His brown hair is matted, messy, and big. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His childhood dream was to be a Spice Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Spice Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants.
