Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Slave Trader they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Locksmith, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.

Personality: Herleva is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
