History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: This northern woman is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to settle down with her crush

Description: This slender man stands about 5'11". He is wearing a tight brown one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Nicholas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
